Ordering Policy
We are very happy to have you as our customer. We will treat
all your orders with the utmost courtesy and care. If you have
any questions about your order feel free to email or call us.
Once your order is received, it will be promptly processed. Be
sure to include your correct address and email information. You
will receive an email (within 24 hours) confirming your order.
Privacy Policy
All information given to Heirloom Elegance will be used for our
purposes only. We will never sell, publish, or transfer any of
your personal information, for any reason, to a third party.
Order Minimum
There is no order minimum.
Shipping and Handling Policy
Your order will be shipped as quickly as possible, most within
48 hours. All orders within the U.S.A. will be shipped via the
United States Postal Service’s Priority mail. The shopping cart
will automatically calculate shipping charges for you (except in
the case of orders outside the U.S.A.). We request that all
customers consider paying extra for insurance on your order
since we cannot be responsible for lost parcels or merchandise
damaged during shipping if it is not insured.
The shipping and handling charges are as follows:

$25.01 to $50.00 -------------- $5.00
$50.01 to $100.00 ------------ $6.00
$100.01 to $150.00 ---------- $8.00
$150.01 to $199.99 ---------- $10.00
$200.00 and over ----------- shipping is

For orders placed outside the U.S.A., you will receive an email
with shipping and handling charges for your order. If you wish
to know the shipping and handling charges on your order ahead of
time, you may email us for the information.
Sales Tax
We must charge sales tax on any merchandise shipped to a Texas
address (current tax is 8.25%). Sales tax will be added to the
merchandise total before shipping and handling charges are
added. There is no sales tax on merchandise shipped to other
states, or shipped outside the U.S.A.
Payment Policy
We are as concerned as you are about protecting your credit card
information. Therefore, we accept credit cards via PayPal’s
secure payment service. If you feel unsure about using this
service, you may send in your order and then call us at: (361)
658-7705 with your credit card information. Your credit card
information will be kept in strict confidence.
Another option for ordering is to pay by check or money order.
If you want to use this method, you may either print out the
order form from the shopping cart and mail it to us with your
check or money order (please include shipping charges), or place
your order through the shopping cart and we will email you with
your order total including shipping and handling charges.

If paying by check, your order will be shipped to you once your
check has cleared our bank. Orders paid by money order will be
shipped within 48 hours. Sorry, but we do not accept checks
from outside the U.S.A.
Return Policy
We pride ourselves on having quality merchandise to satisfy your
fine sewing and heirloom needs. All orders received are
processed with great care and consideration because your
satisfaction is our top priority. Your order is double checked
before we pack and send it to you. All cut merchandise
(merchandise sold by the yard) is carefully inspected before we
cut it for you. Therefore, any cut merchandise such as fabric,
lace, ribbon, and anything else sold by the yard cannot be
returned. Also, we do not accept returns on patterns, books,
magazines, or special orders. However careful, mistakes can
still be made, and this is the only reason we accept for returns
on this type of merchandise.
Once your order has been received, please check it right away.
If any mistakes have been made, or if you are not pleased with
your order, call us at (361) 658-7705 or email us at
heirloomelegance@yahoo.com within 10 days. We accept
returns on regular merchandise (not any cut merchandise,
patterns, books, magazines, or special orders) only if you call
or email us with your reasons for return within 10 days. Once
you call or email us, and we receive your returned merchandise,
you will receive an exchange or refund for the cost of the
item(s) not including shipping and handling charges. If you do
not contact us within 10 days of receipt of your order, your
return will be for store credit only. Any returned
merchandise must be in its original condition and original
packaging or credit/refund cannot be made. We do not credit or
refund shipping and handling charges. If merchandise is
exchanged, (except in the case of an order mistake on our part)
we charge you shipping and handling charges to send you your
exchanged merchandise.
Swatch Requests
We will be happy to send you a swatch of our lovely fabrics, but
please limit them to 6. To ask for swatches, email us at
heirloomelegance@yahoo.com. Give us your name and
address along with the names and colors of the swatches you
want, and we will get them mailed out to you within 48 hours. |
