Bernina Service & Repair

Bernina recommends that you have your machine serviced at least once a year, called a Clean, Oil, and Adjust (COA), to ensure that it stays in its best condition. We service all Bernina and Bernette machines, including embroidery modules and sergers.

During a COA we provide the care your machine needs. Our Bernina certified technician adjusts the tension, balance, feed, and more. He removes lint, thread, debris, any foreign finds, the old oil and grease, and then he cleans and lubricates all moving parts until it runs as smooth as butter. Should your machine need any part replacements, we only use Bernina certified new parts.
No appointment needed for drop off.

Our services are warrantied for 90 days.
Balance due at time of pick up.
