Introduction to Free Motion Quilting

This class will focus on getting you started with free motion quilting. We will first discuss the supplies and tools to get the best results, such as threads, needles, and batting. You will learn how to find your quilting rhythm to get even stitches. We will work with basic shapes, such as lines, waves, spirals, pebbles along with variations, including stippling. Any machine can be used for this class as long as you can lower the feed dogs. You may use your Bernina Stitch Regulator in this class if you have one and a Bernina machine.
