Class Signup Policy for All Classes


Signing up for Classes is easy!
Sign up using the Add-To-Cart button online, or register at our store.
Please be courteous and sign up for classes several days in advanced if possible as teachers need enough time to prep for all students.
Class fees must be paid in full at time of registration.
All spots are first-come first-served.
Class fees are for instruction only, and do not include materials or patterns unless stated otherwise.
Class supply lists are available on class description or at our store.
Get 15% off any class supplies in store right before and during your class. (Discount is not to be combined with other offers.)
All class requirements are stated on each class description.
All class attendees must have their own copy of the required book/pattern/magazine/handout for the class.
Absolutely no scanned copies allowed in class, and no sharing of patterns or books.
Dedicated ironing stations are available throughout the classroom.
Use of personal irons are not allowed due to electrical availability and space.

Classroom Rules:

Class will start on the hour, so please arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up.
Attendees should refrain from wearing perfume or scented products, as a courtesy to those who have allergies or sensitivity to strong scents.
Cellphones should be set to vibrate or silenced during class time.
If you need to use your phone please leave the classroom to do so as a courtesy to the teacher and other students.
Classes are only for those who paid and registered.
Please do not bring non-registered guests to class.
Drinks are allowed but must be in a spill proof container with a lid.

Cancellations:

All classes have a minimum enrollment of 3 students.
If the class does not make due to low enrollment by at least 48 hours before the scheduled class, you will be notified and all course fees will be returned in full. 
A 48-hour in-advance cancellation is required to receive your money back if you cannot make the class.
Cancellations within the 48-hour time will NOT receive a refund, but you may send someone else in your place.
No refunds will be given for a "no show" regardless of reason.
Some classes may be non-refundable or require a 7 day advanced cancellation before refund is issued.
This mostly applies to classes with all materials included, and changes to cancellation policy will be stated in class description.
For free classes, please be considerate in cancelling 48 hours in advance so others may take advantage of free classes.
Heirloom Elegance reserves the right to cancel class for any reason.
If this happens, you will be refunded your full class fee.
